Future Generali aimed to boost NPS and brand recall in an agent-driven market where data sharing is limited. We created a WhatsApp-led campaign with tailored content for both agents and customers. Agents received over 170 creatives, including 40 GIFs, to help generate leads and build trust. Customers received educational, informative, and motivational messages—shared by agents—each ending with a clear call to action to connect with their agent.
